The Engine House is a beautifully restored early 1900s industrial building in a quiet Suffolk village. It sleeps up to six people in three double bedrooms. It’s a place to enjoy the seasons, in cooler months, hunker down in front of the wood burner, project a film or wrap up for a walk on Knettishall Heath. In late spring and summer there’s river swimming, cycling, eating outside in the private walled garden or visiting the local vineyard. It’s just three miles from Bury St Edmunds with its market, parks, medieval ruins, restaurants and cinemas.
