• 3 double bedrooms (one can be made up with two single beds)

• wifi, small and basic projector, speaker, adaptor (bring your own laptop) and screen

• games: Scrabble, Balderdash, Pick-up sticks, wooden horse and jockey racing

• private walled garden, outdoor chairs and table

Pets

Well behaved dogs welcome at £50 fee

Travel

Easy access from the A11, London is 1.5 to 2 hours drive, Bury St Edmunds train station is 10 minutes by taxi (A1 Cars 01284 7667777).

Accessibility

There are steps in the house but the downstairs bedroom, bathroom and snug area are on one level and seamless for wheelchair access.
